You are the owner and you want to rent?

• We will advise you on the necessary steps (including energy certification, electrical aggregation, etc.),
• We will do a photo report,
• We will distribute the rental advertisement (posters, website, facebook, real estate portal, ...),
• We will organize the visits, during the day,
• We will provide you with a complete monthly report,
• We carry out the drafting and signing of the lease contract according to the laws in force,
• We set up rental guarantees,
• We record the meters and make a folder for energy resumed (water, gas and electricity),
• We can carry out an inventory with shared common costs (Prices see page Inventory),
• We register residential lease agreements for landlords.

This service does not include the realization of the inventory (entry or exit).

Price

Belgium and Luxembourg: 1 month rent + VAT (Belg.: 21% and Lux.: 17%), regardless of the duration of the lease contract.

For the drafting of the lease agreement only: we charge an amount of €300 including tax.
