• We will distribute your property (posters, website, facebook, real estate portal, ...),
• We will organize the visits, day/evening or weekend,
• We will provide you with a complete monthly report,
• We realize the sales agreement,
• We promise you a support until the signature of the notarial deed.

Price

Belgium:

In general 3.63% VAT or 3% VAT + 21%

Luxembourg:

In general 3.51% VAT or 3% VAT + 17%

You have a property of a value  less than 150.000€, we ask a flat fee of 5.500€ TTC for the 2 countries (Belgium and Luxembourg).
